Very nice unit within a block of units. Easy location to CBD and freeways. Comfy beds and good shower. Well equipped unit. Enjoyed our stay there.
We had a wonderful stay at Rachel’s unit – short lived for the long weekend just gone but very enjoyable. The unit was immaculate with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Lots of amenities which we weren’t expecting, such as spreads, laundry liquid and lovely towels giving us a hotel vibe! Check in and check out was super easy. We didn’t have time to walk around the neighbourhood; but it was very close to the town centre and attractions. Would come and stay here again. If you’re looking at places in Ballarat to stay, don’t go past this one – it’s great value for money along with comfort. Thanks Rachel for making our stay amazing.

While the townhouse is a short drive from the centre of town it is in a quiet location with parks and nice walks on the doorstep. It is equipped with all the basic necessities and a few treats as well. The beds are comfortable and there is a nice little suntrap in the back courtyard with 2 lots of seating with one of them under shade. Rachel is a proactive and responsive host.
